Nebraskans for the Arts is Nebraska’s arts advocacy group, and has been in existence in various forms since the late 1970’s. In 2004 the group re-branded and reorganized into the Nebraskans for the Arts we have today.

Our primary focus is advocating for public funding for the arts. According to Webster, to advocate means “to plead in favor of”. In order to successfully plead in favor of support at the national, state, and local levels, we need the support of Nebraskans like you!
